Joan Introzzi Last week I dropped of a gold and diamond ring for repair, needing two tiny diamonds set into my ring. Jay, the owner was professional and kind and fastidious about cleanliness. He took pictures and measured my ring and told me it would take two weeks. Five days later I got a call that it was ready and the ring that my grandson picked up for me was perfect! We’ve been working for months designing this pendant from sketching out various designs on paper to custom making the pendant to my liking. If anyone wants to have a pendant customized I suggest you ask for Jessica, you won’t regret it.

Once I came into Gd jewelers Gabriel explained to me that the chances of me finding something that I wanted already made would be very slim. Zahava Shapiro Highly recommend Bjewled for all your jewelry needs! I had been looking for cufflinks for my fiancé for weeks. We went to 4 different places and either they didn’t carry them, or they had a small selection, or they just had ugly stuff. At this point we were frustrated and drained. I called Bjeweled and from the first phone conversation I knew it was going to be our last stop. The owner was super helpful over the phone and answered all my questions. He even sent me some photos! Once we got into the store the service was EXCELLENT. Within seconds we had 2 people offering to help us- even though the store was busy and there were a lot of customers. The person who helped us was patient and not pushy at all. My fiancé needed a lot of time to make a decision and we didn’t feel rushed or pressured at all! He was also very discreet about pricing so I could gift the cufflinks without being tacky. Highly recommend and would definitely go back!
