We’ve been working for months designing this pendant from sketching out various designs on paper to custom making the pendant to my liking. If anyone wants to have a pendant customized I suggest you ask for Jessica, you won’t regret it.

5 /5 Chuck: I purchased a Sapphire ring a few years ago. Two weeks ago I noticed the stone was a little loose. I took it back to ZALES and they immediately sent it out for repair. My ring came back sooner than promised & it was like new! They reset the stone and polished the entire ring. I had purchased the protection plan so there was no charge. I was very pleased with the service I received from Renee. She was absolutely amazing & very professional. I must also mention she is an ambassador for my favorite charity, which ZALES always supports, St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital.
