I had a ring stuck on my finger for over 20 years,.and it was time to have it cut off. Matt was so kind, understanding and professional. He made me feel completely at ease, handled everything gently and with care, and to my surprise,.there was no charge. I left not only relieved, but genuinely grateful. Later, I returned with that same ring to have it transformed into a custom necklace for myself, that I would someday hand down to my granddaughter. The diamond holds so much sentimental value, and Matt treated it with the respect and craftsmanship it deserved. The result was stunning! Something truly special that can now be passed down. I am deeply thankful for the professionalism, kindness and expertise I received both times. Its rare to find a place that combines skill with such genuine compassion. Ill be back, and Ill be recommending them to everyone I know!

Dennis designed a ring for me in the early 90s that i NEVER take off and always get complimented on. You MUST stop in to see all the beautiful creations. You will feel right at home too.
