5 /5 Andrea Stoll: I live in Florida and worked remotely with Christina and Mimi to buy my CPO Rolex from them as an authorized dealer. They made the process smooth and easy being I was in another state and not going to see it in person before I bought it. They sent me photos and videos of the watch and had constant easy communication. They even were able to size it to my wrist before sending it to me with my wrist measurements. It arrived and is beautiful and fits perfectly so I don’t have to take it to get sized! I am so happy! Top notch service!!

Her customer service surpasses any you can imagine as she was honest, extremely helpful, and willing to go the extra yard to make me feel at home every time I stop by. At the first visit they took down my ideas and spent 2 weeks sourcing stones for me to see. Our next visit I chose the stones I liked, they took down my design and measurements and my fiancé had the ring picked up within 2 months!
