1 /5 Amber Love: I am leaving this review based on the experience I had with this jeweler. I saw the reviews stating that the turn around for jewelery repair was pretty fast, so I figured I would give it a try. However, I was told the necklace could not be repaired and that it was “scrap metal” and was offered a price for the necklace. Selling was not my interest and so I took it to another local jeweler close by for a second opinion. I just picked it up and they did a great job fixing it. For me it’s about the approach. Had I been told “I can’t fix this, look around and see if someone else can and if not, I’d be interested in purchasing it” I think I would have received that better. But I just don’t think this is an end all be all place.

5 /5 Charley M: Fast service and fair price. We had left the store thinking the $20 for the broken gold clasp was deducted from the price of the repair. To my surprise the owner called shortly after we had left and said hed forgotten to give it to us!
