5 /5 T Ferrari: On 7/12/25 I went to Zales Destiny to return item #20562800 because the diamonds on both bands popped out. Even though I had them less than a year and they were inspected less than 6 months ago. I didnt expect to be treated well, because I had a complaint. Despite that, I was met with professionalism and courtesy by Trish, who promptly gave me a refund. Fortunately, there was a similar 1 carat diamond band, which I bought to replace those I was returning. Item #20562538, which Im happy with so far. Trish was very helpful with the exchange. Also, James, the assistant manager, was super friendly and helpful when I purchased an additional ring on that date. I thank both of you for your kind treatment and wish you the best!
