5 /5 Joan Introzzi: Last week I dropped of a gold and diamond ring for repair, needing two tiny diamonds set into my ring. Jay, the owner was professional and kind and fastidious about cleanliness. He took pictures and measured my ring and told me it would take two weeks. Five days later I got a call that it was ready and the ring that my grandson picked up for me was perfect! Not only repaired, but shined up and looking absolutely new and gorgeous. I highly recommend this shop on Garth Road. Joan Introzzi

The owner successfully resized my Tudor watch, which required removing an additional link when no other links were available to remove. The watch fits great. I appreciated his expertise. Its great to find someone skilled in watch resizing, and I would recommend this store to anyone needing similar services.

5 /5 Hannah J: I have known the owner for over 20 years. He is kind, wonderful, very skilled at doing all kinds of repairs, and changes watch batteries for you while you’re waiting. I have gotten some beautiful jewelry and watches from him as gifts for friends and family. I have recommended him to friends and they have left all kinds of repairs and custom work with him, even ones that no one else in Scarsdale could do, and the owner was able to do them. I don’t trust jewelers very easily, but I highly recommend him. 10 stars if I could!

5 /5 Aurora Dogaru: Went today for appraisal and silver chain repair. Repair was done on site while waiting! Lovely, friendly gentleman, very knowledgeable. Sells watches, batteries/bands in addition to jewelry. Will definitely go back!

1 /5 Alex Genova: the rudest owner i have ever talked to in my life. just wanted some help finding a necklace for my mom but he kept talking down towards me and questioning if i even had the money to buy the $200 necklace. terrible experience deterred me from purchasing from him. would not recommend getting anything from here unless you want to me spoken down to by an extremely rude man.
