You can tell by the craftsmanship how much care goes into his work. He fixed my chain, and my wife’s engagement ring numbers times. I would recommend this place for anything big or small. On the most recent transaction, I sold some gold, and they realized they made a mistake shortly after I left. He called me right away and we worked out a solution. I would say that he went above and beyond to ensure the situation was corrected swiftly, including providing regular updates over the weekend. I would highly recommend them for buyers or sellers. It’s challenging to find trustworthy people in that business, so Serge definitely stands out.
