1 /5 Cicilia G.: If I could give a negative review I would. Avoid these dishonest crooks like the plague. I brought my $1,500 classic 1986 Movado Museum to them for a simple battery change. They lost a screw. They tried to tell me "sorry we dropped the screw and cant find it. Just use it with the missing screw." I asked for a receipt showing they lost a screw and they hemmed and hawed and refused to take ownership of the mistake. I wouldnt even have known if I didnt see the two women on the floor with their phone flashlights looking for it. I threatened to call the Sheriff and they ran into the back and cross-threaded a Phillips head screw to replace the normal thread screw they lost. And they looked me in the eye and said "oh thats the real screw - we found it after you mentioned court and the police". It doesnt match the other three - theyre liars. Additionally they have religious posters EVERYWHERE, but they lie AND make fun of people that come in. They snicker and sneer based on gender and race. Ive never seen more despicable people anywhere in New York. Seriously; avoid these bigoted scammers like the plague.

5 /5 FLORIST ROSE PETALS (ROSE PETALS FLORIST): Best Jewelry store around. The owner really knows what hes doing,he only sells the best quality and I have always seen Fair pricing. I met Fred years ago when i went to pick up a watch repair,I never had a problem with that old watch again. This local jewelry store has items that are unique and not massed produced like you find at larger places. This is definitely the true old fashioned Jeweler that you really want to chk out!

Whether theyre creating custom pieces of jewelry for me and my family or simply fixing a clasp on my favorite bracelet the service is always exceptional. Very reasonable prices, friendly and professional service. I wouldnt trust my jewelry to anyone else!

5 /5 Joseph Stagliano: I got my girlfriend a new chain for a family heirloom pendant and when I brought it in to have the connecting ring welded for security they were able to get it done in an hour. Not only did they weld the jump ring, but they fixed up the loop at the top of the pendent that was starting to wear without me even asking. 10/10 service and quality, would highly recommend.
