Jill Zimmerman I have shopped and used this Jeweler over the years . I have lived in the area since the 1970s. This Jeweler outshines all other competitors in the area compared to service ,price and quality. Tracy, the salesperson and the owner have always been so helpful, knowledgeable and professional. Most recently I went there to have a bracelet made smaller. My dear recently passed Mom had left me a beautiful cubic zirconia bracelet. The jeweler adjusted it accordingly to my wrist size and the bracelet looks beautiful and it truly fits perfectly . A , photo is below. I have referred my friends and business associates to them. I highly recommend them for their attention to detail and to the large and great selection of high end jewelry pieces. Gregory Dias I was referred to Drue by my fiances father, who had shopped at Drue Sanders for many years while living in Albany. I had a pendant from her mother that I wanted to repurpose the stones from, and I figured the only place to go was Drue Sanders, where the pendant was originally designed. I started my conversation with the jewelry shop via telephone, speaking with Shauna who listened to my questions and ideas and then started a file for me. Then I had an in person consultation with Drue at the store. She took my loose ideas on how to repurpose the stones from the original pendant and sketched several options. I wanted the new pendant to be similar in its design aspects to my fiances engagement ring, and Drue was able to capture those elements perfectly into the new piece. As we iterated on the design, we arrived at the perfect piece. After I left the store, Drue kept me up to date on the progress of the piece via email, and notified me when she had put it in the mail. I presented the piece to my fiance on a vacation trip and she loved it; She felt that it was a perfect match to her ring. I had the piece designed for our wedding day, but I know that this piece will become a staple in her jewelry collection for the rest of time. Sharon Hubbard My husband and I do a lot of shopping in the Kay Jewelers in New Hartford, NY. The staff in this store are wonderful!! They are so helpful and friendly. They go out of their way to greet you and make you feel comfortable. They are very knowledgeable of the jewelry they sell. I recommend this store to people I know all the time. I wont shop anywhere else for jewelry.

He was able to get the exact setting I was looking for very quickly and set the old ring with a gemstone for me at the same time. Even with the extra ring I came in under my budget, both rings were completed very quickly and the work was high quality. I sincerely cannot say enough about this business, my “go-to” jeweler from now on!
