Gregory Dias I was referred to Drue by my fiances father, who had shopped at Drue Sanders for many years while living in Albany. I had a pendant from her mother that I wanted to repurpose the stones from, and I figured the only place to go was Drue Sanders, where the pendant was originally designed. I started my conversation with the jewelry shop via telephone, speaking with Shauna who listened to my questions and ideas and then started a file for me. Then I had an in person consultation with Drue at the store. She took my loose ideas on how to repurpose the stones from the original pendant and sketched several options. I wanted the new pendant to be similar in its design aspects to my fiances engagement ring, and Drue was able to capture those elements perfectly into the new piece. As we iterated on the design, we arrived at the perfect piece. After I left the store, Drue kept me up to date on the progress of the piece via email, and notified me when she had put it in the mail. I presented the piece to my fiance on a vacation trip and she loved it; She felt that it was a perfect match to her ring. I had the piece designed for our wedding day, but I know that this piece will become a staple in her jewelry collection for the rest of time. From our very first phone call, where I inquired about the possibility of a same-day sizing, to the moment I walked out the door with my engagement ring fitting perfectly, the entire experience was delightful. On the phone, Carrie worked with me to put together a plan that would work with my schedule and theirs for the best luck of a same-day sizing. In the store, the team radiated warmth and hospitality, making me feel right at home. I had complete confidence that they would take exceptional care of my ring and provide a fair price for their services. Even though I live in North Carolina, I will undoubtedly turn to Valle for all my future jewelry needs. Their professionalism and genuine care immediately won me over!

Jennifer Goldwasser I recently brought a necklace to this small jewelry store, to be replicated.  The place had been highly recommended to me as an alternative to going to the jewelry district.  There was a bit of a mix-up with the item at first, but ultimately, the necklace was reproduced perfectly.  During this whole process, I found Robert and his sister to be professional, knowledgeable, transparent, and honest.  They are good communicators.  I would absolutely use them again in the future, because finding a small business with this kind of integrity and customer service is so unusual, and because the quality of the work was excellent.  Their pricing was very fair.  This is a family business, and while I never had the pleasure of meeting Roberts mother, who founded the business, I can tell that she raised her kids right, and is smiling somewhere in the universe to see them carrying on her legacy so ably and so admirably.  Great work, great ethics--so important when you are trusting someone with your valuable (and sentimentally valuable) jewelry!
