1 /5 Diamond Ebanks: I wanted to leave a positive review, but unfortunately, I cant. I entered the store hoping to get my watch replaced and also to purchase a new watch for someone else. However, I wasnt greeted at all. The employee behind the register saw me standing directly in front of him, yet he did not acknowledge my presence after looking directly up at me multiple times. I waited for a few minutes, unsure if he was busy, but he still didnt say a word or even offer a simple "Ill be with you shortly." Maybe a bad day who knows but as, a result, I decided to leave and do not plan to make my purchase there. Whoever was working on June 3, 2025, around 4 or 5 PM, please take note of this message.

5 /5 Rochelle Brown: I went to Kay’s jewelry to have my necklace fixed that I’ve had fixed three other times and without hesitation, Jae did a complementary necklace exchange. I did not know that was a thing. Jae’s customer service was great. He didn’t hesitate to offer this to me and I really appreciate it. It was unexpected and made my day. Thanks Jae!!!!!!

5 /5 Brooke Kuscsik: Jay was amazing! Ive been Incredibly indecisive with my wedding band choice and he was so patient with me. He asked me a bunch of questions that would helped me narrow down my choices. Without him I dont think I would have purchased a ring today! He will for sure be our go to guy from now on!
