The standout experience, by far, was at Brilliant Earth in Roosevelt Field Mall, thanks to Michelle Wong. From the moment I walked in, Michelle’s warm welcome and genuine interest in helping me were apparent. She took the time to understand exactly what I needed – not just the style, but also the crucial timing for our vacation. Her deep knowledge and expert advice were key in helping me find the one. The ring is absolutely perfect, and my fiancée loves it! Michelle made the whole process easy and stress-free, asking the right questions and providing patient support. E I needed one of the stones reset in my engagement ring and wasnt sure where to go. We decided to give Goff Jewelers a try. The woman who helped us was kind and professional, and we immediately felt comfortable having it repaired there. It was fixed and cleaned within one day. The man who helped us when we picked it up was also quick and professional. We would definitely return and recommend them to others. 10/10 experience.
