Heather I went in yesterday to have my ring inspected and cleaned. I have had a few bad experiences here with staff in the years that I have been having my ring inspected. Rudeness, and lack of a smile, assistance or knowledge. David was a new face there, and what a breath of FRESH air. He was a COMPLETE gentleman! He greeting me with a smile and assisted in the process. He cleaned my ring like it has NEVER been cleaned before at Zales. I had to ask his name so I could write this review. Im not sure of his position with the company, but he should be the face of Zales. Beyond excellent customer service! Thank you David! I appreciate you!

Brigit Sorrells Super friendly staff, attentive service and beautiful jewellery!!! They even helped entertain my almost 2 yr old while I got a new chain and made a wish list for Christmas. Stella Lee Wow! Customer service and selection were incredible! Ellis and Joe were so welcoming and helpful. They have so many display items for sale but they also do custom work and repairs. Prime offers a full range of services from custom grills, watch repairs, ear piercing and even sell watches and golf/silver bars and coins. Support local mom and pop stores! Will definitely be back!
