Alexandra Arizmendi This has been thus far the most outrageous customer service I’ve ever had. I’ve never written down a review but this experience was so horrible I had to let my fellow pandora lovers know. First off, I was waiting for about 15 minutes in line and there was just a worker with a name tag Emily standing there not taking any customers. When the person in front of me kindly asked if she is available to help her she snapped and said “someone else will help you”. The woman in front had been taken by someone else and Ms. Emily decided to take me. She was being very snarky the whole time and just plain rude. I felt super rushed as she kept on asking me “which one are you going to buy?” but with such an attitude. I had decided to simply walk out because I did not want to shop in a hostile environment like this. Pandora needs to double check on its employees. I will never come back to this location.

Cornelia Batu I absolutely loved my experience here! As soon as I walked in Dean greeted me at the door and was very kind in updating me when someone would be able to assist. He had the biggest smile and was extremely kind. I went in looking for the thin version of the lock bracelet and was able to get fitted for it. Victoria helped me with the sizing. There was one more medium left in the store but we couldn’t find it. Mary Beth was kind enough to go searching for the bracelet and found it for me. The overall team effort and attention to detail was amazing. This was the best experience with high end jewelry and Tiffany’s quality never disappoints.
