Marcus Taylor I went there recently while passing through Lowville, N.Y., for a short stay. I had imagined finding a quaint jewelry store, and an experience to match. The owner did not disappoint. She indulged all my questions with an enthusiasm that matched and complimented my curiosity. As a former salesperson myself, I know that product knowledge and being personable are so key. Emanuela Scollo My now fiancee and I came here for our engagement rings. We had the most amazing shopping experience with Peter Sr. and the whole staff! As a lesbian couple we were nervous about ring shopping in general, but everyone at Ben Garelick made us feel so welcome and at home. Peter made us feel very comfortable and explained the first visit should be for trying on rings only so we could have an idea of what we liked. We didnt feel at all pressured to buy that day, and didnt purchase our rings until our second visit in the store. We both got exactly what we wanted and the rings fit our budget perfectly, and we are so happy with how the shopping and buying experience was. Our rings are absolutely beautiful and so perfectly US. Jay Mitchell Today was yet another terrific day like all others at Kay Eastview for the past almost 30 years. There was a great selection as I expected, and also very attentive and patient attention to something out of the ordinary for me about a recent purchase for my wife. Pattilynn greeted us by name to help with something she and our usual sales associate Sharon worked on together for us a couple of weeks ago. Sharon explained to Pattilynn the reason for our visit in case she wasnt there. Our visit was a great success - just as I knew it would be. Kudos to Sharon who has guided me so successfully for decades, and now to Pattilynn who has made such a great impression on my wife and me!!

Devin OBrien Marisa was fantastic to work with, gracious (despite a crazy timeline) and created a spectacular custom band in which to set a family diamond for an engagement ring. My fiance said that she would never have been able to describe what she wanted her engagement ring to look like but that the ring is "absolutely perfect!" Her work is beautiful and full of individuality and character and her shop is wonderful. Highly recommend her work and working with her.
