Mark Wolfe One of my favorite shops on Lark Street! I shop there regularly, especially when Im looking for a gift for a friend or the family. The vinyl selection is well-curated, and I always walk away with a great find to add to my record collection.

Zhen Z I chose my first Love bracelet at this meaningful boutique. I had an appointment at the Short Hills location in New Jersey,but I still decided on the Fifth Avenue store because of the excellent service. Arielle was amazing—patient, always smiling, and very professional. She introduced herself right away, offered champagne, and made the whole experience enjoyable. The one-screw bracelet I wanted was out of stock. I could have gone to Soho or another boutique, but Arielle is worth it,I trust her. When she heard I was interested in trying some perfume samples, she offered to mail them to me.It was so thoughtful.I wasn’t concerned about getting perfume samples,but the way she offered them made me feel truly cared for. I’m very happy with her service and will definitely recommend her to anyone who are looking for jewelry. The security staff and receptionist were courteous and welcoming. The only slightly unpleasant part was that the male sales associate who assisted me when picking up seemed unhapy. When my daughter said goodbye as we were leaving, he didn’t respond the first time,she had to repeat it before he finally replied.：）

Nicole Votta Frank was great. I had a bunch of coins not knowing if they were really worth anything. He went over each one and explained what each one was and what it was made of. I was completely satisfied and didnt feel like I was being taken for a fool.

D J “JAD” I am from Greenwich, CT where jewelers flood the avenue. I had tried to get some simply jewelry cleaned and fixed on the avenue. It was always timely and overly expensive. I brought things to be fixed at Triple S in Portchester, NY and found the owner to be very knowledgable, honest and reasonable. A great source for repairs, jewelry cleaning and to pick up a lovely gift.

Cory Halloran Great place! Liz Mertens was fantastic to work with. She listened to me, provided great suggestions, and respected my budget. She offered coffee and water too! I was not expecting to be pampered like that. She was very nice and made sure to explain everything and all the steps in the process for my CUSTOM engagement ring. Truly couldnt be happier with my experience!

Ramses Capellan II Found Robert while searching for a jewelry store close to home. Came in on a Sunday afternoon with my wife needing a couple of things. Was able to find the perfect chain for my pendant and get some rings adjusted/polished. Highly recommend checking this place out. I’m looking forward to coming back again in the future for all my jewelry needs!

Daniel Donnelly This is the place to go. I asked them if they could resize one of my grandfathers rings that I inherited and couldnt be happier. I came back an hour later to what looked like a brand new ring that fit perfect, for half the price I expected before I walked in. Nothing but straight up, courteous, and reasonable.
