Joan Introzzi Last week I dropped of a gold and diamond ring for repair, needing two tiny diamonds set into my ring. Jay, the owner was professional and kind and fastidious about cleanliness. He took pictures and measured my ring and told me it would take two weeks. Five days later I got a call that it was ready and the ring that my grandson picked up for me was perfect! He was very responsive every step of the way and even upgraded my shipment to overnight express once it was ready. Came out awesome and shines bright. Will definitely use them again.
