Felicia Braymiller We brought in my deceased mothers grandfathers old German clock for clean and repair. He dedicated many hours and alot of time to completing the challenging test we brought in, even bringing it somewhere else when he got stumped. I cannot thank him enough for bringing a piece of my mother there back to my home. His price was very reasonable considering the time he had invested. Highly recommend!!!

ronald gebhard I met with Donna Hill-Nugent at this beautiful location to discuss melting down some old jewelry. Donna was extremely knowledgable and patient in explaining the process. She looked at every piece and handled them with great care. Donna took her time and in the end, I was very surprised and happy with the results. Raquel Burgos Figgy is a one of a kind store. You find so many unique, cute, fun items you can’t find anywhere else. I recently did a Mother & Daughter event there and it was such an experience! We made custom rings! The girls hosting the event were so welcoming, fun and knowledgeable! We also had a mini photo shoot that was so amazing the photographer was so genuine and caring made the experience so special. There is no store like it in Rochester NY ! You have to stop by you won’t be disappointed! My favorite shop in ROC !

Mr. Toole I get all my jewelry from my guy at Roc Gold & Diamond. If he doesn’t have what you want physically in store he can for sure get it, and at a great price. I’ve been buying pieces from him for the past 6+ years. 10/10 would recommend!!!
