1 /5 Sarah Perez: If I could put 0 stars I would. I came in doing a favor for my Fiancee to clean his jewelry as he was running errands. I came in sweats and sneakers. I greeting the manager politely and asked if there’s any way this ( necklace and earrings) can be cleaned today. She asked if it was purchased here and she asks for me to donate to st Jude. I said I have no idea, I’m just doing a favor, how much is the donation so I can inform him. She says $20 and it has to be purchased here, and she would rather wait for him to be present AS she is looking at me up and down. I left and came back with my Fiancee and two more customers for a cleaning. She asked again if it was purchased here. He stated online it does not have to be purchased for a free cleaning. Then she mentions the donation to be now $16. We mentioned how online it is not mandatory. She raised her voice and said “like I said we ASK for you to donate to kids with cancer.” She kept forcing it upon us, so we ended up donating. I did not like her demeanor, and she was very quick to judge us based on our physical appearance. We ended up paying a donation, and she didn’t acknowledge us leaving. Very unprofessional.
