Later, I returned with that same ring to have it transformed into a custom necklace for myself, that I would someday hand down to my granddaughter. Their site is really easy to navigate, which made choosing my diamond and setting so simple. The rings quality was outstanding, and the customer service was excellent. I completely trusted every recommendation she made and my dress was perfect!! It looked like the dress was made for me instead of just being altered. My daughter, 16, not the most patient… Bossina was fantastic with her!! I highly recommend shopping for beautiful dresses and/or using Bossina for alterations!! She is truly the best..

Carol Cody We went in to have a ring cut off, I don’t recall the woman’s name who did that, but she was very nice. We also wanted to look at rings for our anniversary. Another salesperson, Linda helped us find a gorgeous anniversary band and my husband bought it for me. She was very kind and friendly and it made our experience even better.
