Sandra Needed to have my wedding ring cut off because of swelling in my finger. James was so kind and quick cutting it off and removing it. Very pleasant place to shop and get a beautiful gift.

Sky King This story is from many moons ago, but the first time I went into the shop I got a ton of help from the lady that assisted me. She helped me pick the right material for my first David Yurman so the knowledge was helpful there. The choice was between a leather strap and a rubber one as I live a more active lifestyle the rubber was more fitting. Fast-forward three months, my cat also thought the rubber bracelet was fitting and decided to chew on it in the middle of the night. So I woke up to a $2000 bracelet in pieces. You can imagine my dismay. Needless to say I brought it back to David Yurman, for repair, and they had the bracelet for about 6 months I had to call them to confirm the bracelet was ready to be picked up at the six month point because I couldn’t believe it was taking so long. Come to find out the bracelet had been ready for about a week or two and they looked in their service log to see if they had called and told me and they hadn’t. To make up for it the repair was free or heavily discounted. I can’t remember, but it felt free with what they gave off and I was completely happy with that so I champion the store for its staff and if they were to ever make a mistake, hold themselves accountable and that’s all I ask from high-end luxury brands. I know I’m over spending, treat me better than gap employees would. This store does that in spades. 10/10 would recommend

Marika Motley Morgan and her team are angels! My engagement ring and wedding band were designed in person, together with my (future) mother in law. The stones came from her mother’s collection and Morgan was able to also create a necklace to hold my rings while working in the kitchen. My husband’s ring is exactly what he was looking for! My style was called “peculiar” by another jeweler. Morgan embraced my vision and created stunning work on the computer so I was able to get a sense of exactly what it would look like on my hand. She provided updates and an appraisal after everything was completed. The process was very transparent. I cried when I put on the finished set. Dream maker! Thank you Morgan and your team! Shazbo I hadn’t been to this shop before and was looking to treat myself so I popped in. The shop is beautifully set out and very spacious. The seating dotted around makes it very welcoming. I was warmly greeted by Michele. She talked me through some of the beautiful jewellery they have on offer. Michele was knowledgeable, professional and friendly. It’s nice to strike up a rapport with the staff before you make that purchase. They also cleaned my rings for me which was such a lovely gesture. I am looking forward to returning and buying something I had my eye on.
