Derek Gardella Rafi is a great guy and great jeweler!!!! My father introduced me to Rafi, since my fathers purchases of jewelry through Top Custom Jewelwers Inc has always been great I thought I would try it for my engagement ring. I recently just bought my engagement ring through him and the experience was nothing short of amazing. He went above and beyond of what I could have expected. Rafi made finding the diamond and setting easy through his extensive research. This is the best jeweler around! He was concise, truthful, and up front on what he will be able to offer. Rafi didnt jerk you around or lie but laid all cards out on the table for his customers. He was even so good to have the diamond shipped over from Europe to get the best price for me. This ring was customized from top to bottom and Rafi came through!! This was my Fiances dream ring and Rafi made it into reality. Im so fortunate to have met Rafi and made him apart of the process that change my life. I cant wait to make the next purchase through him because I know it will be nothing but the best. THANK YOU !!!!!

Showed me a few different styles and let me tried them on to see what looked best with my ring. She also gave me her honest opinion which I truly appreciated. Jenny Ingrao I have been going to Mongillo Jewelers since 2010 for my trophies and plaques. They do an excellent job and have great quality products! Their customer service and quick turn around is why I keep coming back, even though I moved out of the area. They know what I am looking for and always have recommendations if Im not sure what I should order.

James Pusateri I haven’t had much experience with jewelers until recently. I bought my fiancés engagement ring through a custom ring designer and purchased a warranty to cover pretty much anything. When a couple of the prongs on her ring bent, I submitted a claim and the warranty company told me to go to any jeweler for a repair. We walked into Jered Jewelers in consumer square on Niagara Falls Boulevard in Amherst, NY. We were greeted by one of the top three customer service people we’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting - Neil Gablenz. He greeted us and made us feel right at home, during what was a stressful time - having brought a very important piece of jewelry in to be repaired. He assured us that we were in good hands, and he was absolutely right. We left the ring and were told it would be ready in about a week. Not even five days later, Neil called and told us it was ready to be picked up. We came back to pick up the ring, and met with Neil again. Still charming, still friendly, so it wasn’t just a one off day that we met him and were absolutely pleased with his customer service oriented mentality. He is the real deal. The repair was perfect. We were so happy with it that we decided to pick out our wedding bands right there in the store. Neil spent a good hour with us as we looked over what felt like every ring in the store. We decided on exactly what we wanted and placed our order. These were being made to order so we were told they’d be ready on August 6. We received a call from Neil on August 3 that they were ready (three days early) so we went in to get them. The rings were as beautiful as we’d hoped and Neil was right there with us as we tried them on - and he shared in our excitement. Great job all around from customer service to quality of the jewelry itself. We are fans of Jered and it’s largely due to Neil as the face of your company that we first met, enjoyed seeing again, and look forward to seeing when we come back for future jewelry needs! I know this is supposed to be a review about Jered Jewelers, and I may have made it a bit of a review about Neil, but as long as he works there - the two go hand in hand to me. 100/10 highly recommend! Customers for life.
