Over the years, I have purchased earrings, bracelets And necklaces and have never been disappointed. Denise is our go to for watch repairs and batteries as well. Taylor Tavarez I bought a necklace and it keeps breaking around my neck for no reason at all. It just falls off and snaps in half while wearing. I spent 1,000 on this gold chain and it is the worst quality I have ever bought. Went to get it fixed twice and on the second time I asked to exchange it for something else since this necklace seems to not be welded properly and it being of such bad quality. Needless to say, they refused and said it’s my fault for buying it and that it’s “not their fault for how it keeps falling off.” How??? You sold me this piece of junk. I unfortunately have to sell it somewhere else and take a loss to get something better. Please go somewhere else for jewelry this place is a rip off and has terrible customer service.
