Jose Santos I recommend you coming here I just bought a silver chain and pendant on Father’s Day . Unfortunately to my surprise the stone already fell out of the cross. Here I am here five days later feeling ripped off I go in there he’s completely understanding and helps me find different pieces I can have to exchange . He worked with me and I ended up with a sterling silver bracelet and a stainless steel chain. For the same price of cross and the stainless steel piece is heavy and shines bright. Alexandra Arizmendi This has been thus far the most outrageous customer service I’ve ever had. I’ve never written down a review but this experience was so horrible I had to let my fellow pandora lovers know. First off, I was waiting for about 15 minutes in line and there was just a worker with a name tag Emily standing there not taking any customers. When the person in front of me kindly asked if she is available to help her she snapped and said “someone else will help you”. The woman in front had been taken by someone else and Ms. Emily decided to take me. She was being very snarky the whole time and just plain rude. I felt super rushed as she kept on asking me “which one are you going to buy?” but with such an attitude. I had decided to simply walk out because I did not want to shop in a hostile environment like this. Pandora needs to double check on its employees. I will never come back to this location.

He made me feel completely at ease, handled everything gently and with care, and to my surprise,.there was no charge. I left not only relieved, but genuinely grateful. Later, I returned with that same ring to have it transformed into a custom necklace for myself, that I would someday hand down to my granddaughter. The diamond holds so much sentimental value, and Matt treated it with the respect and craftsmanship it deserved. The result was stunning! Something truly special that can now be passed down. I am deeply thankful for the professionalism, kindness and expertise I received both times. Its rare to find a place that combines skill with such genuine compassion. Ill be back, and Ill be recommending them to everyone I know!
