1 /5 Alexandra Arizmendi: This has been thus far the most outrageous customer service I’ve ever had. I’ve never written down a review but this experience was so horrible I had to let my fellow pandora lovers know. First off, I was waiting for about 15 minutes in line and there was just a worker with a name tag Emily standing there not taking any customers. When the person in front of me kindly asked if she is available to help her she snapped and said “someone else will help you”. The woman in front had been taken by someone else and Ms. Emily decided to take me. She was being very snarky the whole time and just plain rude. I felt super rushed as she kept on asking me “which one are you going to buy?” but with such an attitude. I had decided to simply walk out because I did not want to shop in a hostile environment like this. Pandora needs to double check on its employees. I will never come back to this location.

1 /5 Ester Alves: Every time I have been to this place I NEVER had good attendance, it’s such a bad thing to say but all the attendees have such a bad face to every question you ask and they didn’t want to be there, last time even more just because that was the first time I tried to exchange my ring to the right size, I completely understand how can be working with people because I already did but nothing can justify treating so bad the costumers when they are being nice! Absolutely no reason to that.

1 /5 Frances Garcia: Terrible. I purchase items to be picked up at the store and when I got there I was told online pickups also had to wait on line. I don’t have a problem waiting but the store manager should have someone assisting those customers coming in for online pickups. Why were we waiting 45 minutes plus because they didn’t know how to properly plan on the weekend before a holiday. This was terrible customer service! Do better and plan accordingly next year!

1 /5 Luis Huanca: Terrible customer service. I was charge twice for an item, me thinking I paid for gold. ( I asked for pure gold) They did not bother to reach out to me by email/phone call. The item I purchase was a gift to someone special can you imagine that. I had to come back to the store multiple times to speak to the manager to resolve this matter. On another note I was told by the worker to provide my info to get an additional promo discount and I felt for it. 1 week later a received a credit card that affected my credit score.

1 /5 lucy t: Walked in, got no recognition or even a simple hello. I understand there’s other clients but a simple “i’ll be right with you” would be nice. I waited 10 mins, walked over to Swarovski.. better help and fast purchase!
