1 /5 A H: Disappointed by the rude and unprofessional behavior.
I walked into the store with my mom, and immediately noticed that the two women working there were deep in a conversation in Spanish, completely ignoring customers. My mom politely asked a question about jewelry, and I noticed one of the women give her a dirty look in response. Concerned, I asked my mom what happened, and she said she was just inquiring about toe rings.
I then looked at the woman and asked if they sold toe rings, since I wasn’t sure how their exchange had gone. Instead of answering calmly, both women became hostile, raising their voices and ganging up on me. Assuming I was asking them “what happened”, when I was asking my mom. I couldn’t even finish a sentence they were aggressive, defensive, and extremely unprofessional.
Feeling uncomfortable, I told my mom, “Let’s go, the energy here is bad,” to which one of the women responded, “Yes, go, leave! ” I left feeling confused and shocked, and now that I’m reading other reviews, it seems I’m not alone in this experience.
It felt like the dirty look may have been because my mom interrupted their personal conversation, which is disappointing especially considering we were customers. This was our first visit and definitely our last.
Wishing them all the best, but customer service like that……., no words just wish you the best and hoping there is change in how customers are treated.
