A Belk Vanessa is the sweetest employee I have ever encountered at a retail store! She was so friendly and helpful, going out of her way to offer assistance to everyone shopping. She was very patient as I tried on a lot of clothes, swapping sizes for me and putting things back. She was super kind and a pleasure to have a conversation with as she was ringing me up. She definitely made a wonderful impression and Francesca’s should consider themselves lucky to have her. I’m writing this review about 2 months later but I kept her name saved, so if she’s still working there then she deserves a promotion or a raise!

Angel Rivera Customer Service was excellent. Their prices were reasonable and they worked with me on a price. Im happy with my Cuban bracelet. Thank you, Pete and your partner. You both were kind to me.

In addition, he listened to my requests and added additional suggestions like having a thicker band and included details to make the diamonds shine! I’d recommend him to anyone.

Kelley Sweeney I have been a customer since Dennis first opened on Caroline Street. He and his family make me feel welcome and right at home every time I come in the store. Dennis designed a ring for me in the early 90s that i NEVER take off and always get complimented on. You MUST stop in to see all the beautiful creations. You will feel right at home too.

Eva Scazzero I fell in love with their one of a kind Zero Waste dress and wanted it in a specific color. Their atelier team sourced fabric (sustainably) and made me a dress from scratch!! Every step of the way was pure joy-- establishing the vision, getting measured and styling discussions for different occasions. Sergio is a true artist and his team is amazing. They went above and beyond. I also got another dress repaired while I was there and couldnt be happier with the result. World class craftsmanship. You can feel the care. This is a must-visit place during your visits to Catskill if you enjoy beautiful interiors or like to pretend your life is a movie. They prioritize showcasing high quality local designers and truly unique pieces.

Nora Kraft This is always my absolute favorite place to pick out gifts (and jewelry for myself). The team has the perfect balance of being friendly and helpful, while not pressuring you into a sale. The energy is calm and casual. The prices are also incredibly fair for jewelry in the city - and the smaller gift items are lovely and on trend! This is an absolute gem of a store. ✨
