1 /5 cov sam: Staff was knowledgeable, however deadlines for custom work was not met, and what I purchased vs what I received was a lil shady I went to them because they were local, however because of this experience I am more than willing to travel for the money I’ve paid. Feeling very dissatisfied!

1 /5 Joshua Hanuszczak: (Update) The watch was perfectly Fine before it was given to your store. Only scratch’s on the glass. When a watch is repaired by professionals things like this never happen. !!!!!!Stay AwaY!!!!! I went to have the glass on my movado watch changed was charged $60.00 3-4 days after I paid got a phone call from the women who works there asking for $20 more explaining to me that it cost more then they charged. After looking at the watch when I picked it up I immediately notice two large scratches on the inside of the watch that are from opening the glass. This watch cost about $1,000 with tax. when I showed the manager the scratches he said theres nothing I can do for you. I asked him if he can remove the scratches he said no and I quote"this happens". very unprofessional and definitely doesnt care about the customer. !!!!!DONT GO HEREEEE!!!!!
