5 /5 Amber: I was so excited to find a local jeweler that had permanent bracelets. Sarah worked so hard to help me surprise my mom with this wonderful experience. She took great care with detailing her training, explaining the process and reassuring us of the repair/replacement process. There were plenty of choices to fit our personal metal preferences and now we have beautiful matching bracelets for life. I cant recommend this location and experience enough!

5 /5 Anna Johnson: Finally a local jeweler providing permanent jewelry! And even better, it’s Engelbert’s Jewelers! I could not make my appointment fast enough. I arrived, chose my preferred style of chain and within 5 minutes I was done. I am super impressed, love my new bracelet. As usual the quality is stellar. I was worried about the MRI topic and having permanent jewelery, but was advised they will remove and re-attach the bracelet if imaging should be part of my future. Very happy with my purchase.

5 /5 Jaqcal Freight Solutions: Sarah was absolutely a delight to interact with. Not only did she educate me during my purchase, but she guided me in a better direction as we made progress together. The environment was pleasant and very welcoming. I noticed that all of the assistants at the Rome NY location knew all of their clients by first name and even knew details about their families which also leads me to believe that this is one of those truly family owned businesses that remain deeply rooted within their community. That’s something you will never find at a Kay Jewelers or another brand in a mall some place. I will definitely return soon. They are absolutely a diamond in the rough.
