They are EXTREMELY professional and knowledgeable regarding metals and setting designs. My wife was having issues getting her original engagement to look clean and the professionals at Eden advised us on a newer and lighter setting that would allow the stone to breathe. Alex Jordan I had my grandmothers watch band replaced here, fast and easy. They don’t do any warranty but the buckle broke a few hours after it was replaced and he made an exception for me which was really nice! The pricing and quality are both great but the convenience factor is the best part!
