Tracy Rhoads Brought my old wedding ring in to be reshaped after it got bent, and to fix the little arms that hold the diamond in. They got it done in just less than a week, for a good price ($~30 to reshape, ~$100 new diamond holder) and it was also shined and polished!

It showed exactly what I was looking for at what seemed to be a much better price, so I called for more information. Johnny, the owner, answered most of my questions and agreed to find out more about things he was unsure of and get back to me, which he did the next day. During our conversations, I learned things I hadn’t known before that might have caused me to make the wrong purchase. Johnny’s knowledge and his honesty relieved whatever hesitation I still had about buying something, sight unseen, from a store on the other side of the country. I felt I could trust him and I was right. From the point of sale to the day of delivery, Johnny handled everything promptly and efficiently, giving me constant updates. The product proved to be everything he described and the appraisal he included assured me that I had made a wise choice. Danny Romhen Was driving past and saw the gorgeous Rolex sign on Richmond! Decided to stop in and take a peak at the extensive inventory of beautiful watches! We were greeted at the door and walked about by the doorman who made us feel extremely welcome. Got a chance to grab a couple delicious coffees and then Samantha took us through the gorgeous Rolex models they had on display. She was extremely helpful and accommodating and I hope to do business with her at Gerald Peters soon enough!! Would highly recommend stopping in for luxury watches at any price range.

I’ve been in search of the perfect length sterling silver necklace and Kathe, Leila and the team were so patient with me and took their time to show me so many options. I even found a cute cat charm and they made sure it fit the new necklace I got. I also found an adorable bracelet and they were willing to add additional links so that it fits my wrist perfectly. Elaine Martinez The jewelers were very welcoming, helpful and reasonable. They helped us purchase the perfect necklace that tied in beautifully of what we envisioned to pair with our earrings for the wedding dress. Andy and Yoram worked with us until we were satisfied with the length of the necklace. We didnt want it to be a choker but also we did not want it to hang too low either. They were patience and attentive to detail. Once we settled on the metal, preference of grown or lab created and clasp it was a very smooth process. I would highly recommend!

D Shana has great unique jewelry of her own design. Unfortunately, we found during last years Winter walk, that she no longer has a store on Warren St. We did see her booth at the Basilica Farm and Flea during the holidays.

Shazbo I hadn’t been to this shop before and was looking to treat myself so I popped in. The shop is beautifully set out and very spacious. The seating dotted around makes it very welcoming. I was warmly greeted by Michele. She talked me through some of the beautiful jewellery they have on offer. Michele was knowledgeable, professional and friendly. It’s nice to strike up a rapport with the staff before you make that purchase. They also cleaned my rings for me which was such a lovely gesture. I am looking forward to returning and buying something I had my eye on.
