Sharon Hubbard My husband and I do a lot of shopping in the Kay Jewelers in New Hartford, NY. The staff in this store are wonderful!! They are so helpful and friendly. They go out of their way to greet you and make you feel comfortable. They are very knowledgeable of the jewelry they sell. I recommend this store to people I know all the time. I wont shop anywhere else for jewelry.

Stefanie Nathanson 5+++ stars! Bossina is absolutely amazing! She was lovely to work with.. so patient and very professional. I completely trusted every recommendation she made and my dress was perfect!! It looked like the dress was made for me instead of just being altered. My daughter, 16, not the most patient… Bossina was fantastic with her!! I highly recommend shopping for beautiful dresses and/or using Bossina for alterations!! She is truly the best..

Deborah Donaldson La Gravinese is the best place to buy your jewelry, hands down! I have been going to this wonderful store for many years, and I pretty much buy all my jewelry from there. The staff is just wonderful….friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating. Paulette is just the best of the best! She has a tremendous wealth of knowledge about jewelry, and has impeccable taste. She is patient and helpful, and will always lead you in the right direction when making a decision or choice about a piece of jewelry. The pieces they sell are just beautiful and the quality is excellent. Their prices are fair, and they go above and beyond to find you just the right piece that is in your budget. They do amazing custom work and really strive to create exceptional one of a kind heirloom pieces. They also do amazing redesign and repair work, and you can always feel confident to know that your jewelry is in good hands.

D Shana has great unique jewelry of her own design. Unfortunately, we found during last years Winter walk, that she no longer has a store on Warren St. We did see her booth at the Basilica Farm and Flea during the holidays.

Ezela Tagliente JF Jones does AMAZING work!! She is officially my jeweler for life! Brittany and her team are one of a kind, I dont shop anywhere else now when it comes to quality jewelry. My husband and I met Brittany in 2018 shopping for engagement rings. She took one of his family rings and created a custom ring for me, and collaborated with my husband to use the surrounding diamonds for a surprise necklace given to me on our wedding day!! But that was just how we started our relationship with Brittany at JF Jones. Over the past years she has worked with us countless times on beautiful gifts and pieces. From delicate Ania Haie fashion jewelry to the anniversary gifts my husband and I now exchange, its great to know that shes ready to partner with us. Stephanie Richards I purchased a custom three ring engagement/wedding ring set in platinum (not the easiest metal to work with) in a very specific setup that was a challenge for any jeweler. Honestly, I had hesitation in not being able to walk in and deal face to face. After speaking to Imanuel (sp) via text and over the phone several times I was assured they could handle the task. He was willing to start work immediately (didnt even ask for a deposit) and I provided what we wanted. He was VERY easy to work with and was always in contact. He sent us the selection of settings and we were able to customize them to our very specific needs. After we made the final design changes they worked very quickly to get us the rings and they were perfect - except they were too small - my fault. My bride to bes fingers change size regularly as she has RA and she couldnt get the rings on her swollen fingers - something we failed to take into consideration. I called Imanuel to see if he could assist and he gladly said to send them back and he would make each ring a different custom size (we sent an existing ring with each one to provide an exact size template.) My error caused him to have to redo each ring and add platinum to make them perfect - which he did. He did all this in a VERY quick timeline and without hesitation. He was very easy to work with and our 100% satisfaction was his goal. I have never worked with any jeweler that provides such complete service. This was paramount and my priority but it should also be noted that his pricing is EXTREMELY fair as well - which is a bonus. I will never buy jewelry anywhere else. They are top of the line and a pleasure to work with on your custom jewelry needs. Recommend without hesitation.

I had a jewel that my grandfather cut placed into a 40-year old setting that was my mother’s. It is still my most beloved piece of jewelry.
