Suzanne McKellar My twin 8 year old grandsons bought watches at a thrift store, but the batteries were dead. I stopped in to Ross Jewelers to get batteries. The owner was so kind, changed the battery in the first watch and kindly explained why the missing "diamonds" couldnt be replaced (lol). Apparently the second watch was broken and a new battery wouldnt help. He asked my grandson to give him his wrist and he put a very nice looking watch (not new) on his wrist and left him beaming!! Then he refused payment!! He wouldnt let me pay for the battery or the watch!! This was such a generous act of kindness, I just want everyone know how he lit up the world for these little boys!!

Amron Buseck Cherie is an AMAZING lady that helped us today and I appreciate all she does there Me and my husband both do Cherie is one of our Favorite workers. Cherie does her job amazing and we request her everytime we go in! Cherie is an outstanding worker!!! And she always does the most to meet our needs along with others as well!

Tracy Curtin This has to be the best jeweler in the WNY area. They do everything and have everything. Their customer service is amazing. They make every customer feel like family. And it doesn’t matter if you’re spending $100 or &10,000 . Angel is amazing but really everyone is there is so special. I don’t know who owns this store but big kudos to you!
