Shyanne stopped what she was doing to find us and tell us to go back and wait outside. How embarrassing! We decided to leave and spend our money elsewhere. Sad bc tomorrow is my husbands birthday....

1 /5 Iris E.: I really love pandora and have been a customer for many years. This is my least favorite location I have been to overwhelmingly. Every time I come into this location the sales people on the floor do not acknowledge me. They don’t ask if i’m looking for anything or if I need help purchasing am item. I have come on several different occasions and the same thing happens. This has negatively impacted my experience of pandora and I am going to find a new jeweler.

1 /5 Michael Robinson: I work a lot of hours and came to the mall to do some shopping and take care of my wifes charm that broke. The clasp/charm that holds the bracelet together is broken, so she cant wear her Pandora bracelet. I also wanted to shop for additional charms for her and my daughter, but was told they were closed. The store hours say theyre open till 9:00 p.m. and yet it was 8:39. It looked like they had one customer that I could tell, and several associates standing around the register appearing to be available to help. I tried to open the door, and since it was locked it made a noise and got the attention of an associate. She looked back at me, with a stern face and said, "were closed". I looked at my watch and asked what time they close and she looked more sternly at me repeating "We are closed!" Thats extremely disappointing that theyre the only store in the entire mall that is closed at this time. This was something that I have had no time to get to with the earlier Mall hours that theyve had this year. I am very disappointed.

1 /5 Nicole Lathrop: Staff was extremely unorganized and very unprofessional. Employees were complaining about being too busy and not getting their breaks and other issues , that while are terrible, are frankly not my problem as a paying customer. I was there today with my mother, one young lady started helping us clean up some of our charms and when we wanted to purchase some new items she told us she needed to hand us off to someone else. Then we were asked to leave the store since we were apparently not next in line, I do appreciate their diligence to following socially distance protocol but we thought we were next since a sales clerk had started helping us. It just felt very chaotic, will definitely be given our business elsewhere

5 /5 Kat Tak: The staff is always friendly and helpful, before and during social distancing. Its always nice to see the same sales associates every time I go. Theyre as quick to remember you as you them. The order and pickup service is very convenient too, especially this time of year. Ive shopped there for years and have never had a complaint.
