2 /5 Takk: Their interior is amazing. It’s always stunning and beautiful! But do not expect their customer service will be as wonderful as its interior or building. I have purchased trinity earring a year ago. Service was not excellent but OK considering NY is known for less customer friendly or there is no “customer service” anyway. Since then, I stepped into this beautiful building several times. Every time, I feel I am not welcomed at all. Almost all sales associate is looking at their phone checking something and don’t even greet customers. They maybe checking inventory, reservation but it does not mean they can’t welcome customers. They are standing and leaning on glass case. You will enjoy their architect and interior, but not their service.

I received Cartier sunglasses as a birthday gift and took great care of them—always storing them in their box when not in use. After less than a year, one of the arms suddenly broke. When I went to the store, I was told they could not be repaired and was only offered a 20% discount on a new pair. This was disappointing, especially given Cartier’s reputation, and it makes me question how I can trust the brand if they don’t stand by their product or honor the guarantee. I visited the store and sent multiple emails, but my concerns were met with indifference. Sadly, this experience has left me deeply dissatisfied.

I’ve had a difficult year personally, and I’ve wanted the Juste un Clou ring for so long. I decided to make an appointment and finally buy my first-ever Cartier piece, and of course, I wanted to get it from the Fifth Avenue Mansion. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by friendly people at every level. I checked in, and my sales associate was there right away to help me. The lovely Diana brought me right upstairs and sized my finger perfectly for the one I wanted to wear the ring on. She also encouraged me to see other ring options. The attention to detail and level of service was unmatched. Diana was warm, friendly, and made me feel truly special. What I loved about this appointment was that it didn’t matter if you were buying an “entry-level” piece. You were treated with exceptional service nonetheless. While chatting, Diana asked if the piece was for a special occasion. I told her simply that things had been difficult, and to me, the nail represented holding everything together...being strong, resilient, and not letting anything fall apart. She smiled and said, “You’re nailing life.” And it was so true. Seems silly, but every piece of jewelry I own must tell a story. She continued by telling me the history of the Mansion, the history of the design of the ring. Im a history teacher, so of course, I soaked in every little detail. This whole experience became so much more than buying a simple ring. Later, when I got home, I looked inside the bag and saw a little card from Diana. Maybe this is standard for Cartier, I am not sure, but that personalized note was the cherry on top...it solidified the moment and the meaning behind it. And that, to me, is worth every single penny. I look forward to returning to Cartier in the future! Im completely sold.

I had an appointment at the Short Hills location in New Jersey,but I still decided on the Fifth Avenue store because of the excellent service. Arielle was amazing—patient, always smiling, and very professional. She introduced herself right away, offered champagne, and made the whole experience enjoyable. The one-screw bracelet I wanted was out of stock. I could have gone to Soho or another boutique, but Arielle is worth it,I trust her. When she heard I was interested in trying some perfume samples, she offered to mail them to me.It was so thoughtful.I wasn’t concerned about getting perfume samples,but the way she offered them made me feel truly cared for. I’m very happy with her service and will definitely recommend her to anyone who are looking for jewelry. The security staff and receptionist were courteous and welcoming. The only slightly unpleasant part was that the male sales associate who assisted me when picking up seemed unhapy. When my daughter said goodbye as we were leaving, he didn’t respond the first time,she had to repeat it before he finally replied.：）
