Sarah F I am very happy I found this spot and would definitely recommend going here. After my grandmother passed, I had a bunch of her watches and jewelry just sitting in a drawer. I finally decided to get them fixed up, and Ralph was super helpful. He resized the watches, shined everything beautifully, and was honest about what was worth fixing. Now I get to actually wear my grandmother’s pieces, which feels so special.

These arent just any hand crafted pieces. Theres great care with the gemstone selection and the quality. And I appreciate how theres always a quick lesson about the gemstone and its properties. As for customer care, Lynn is top tier. Her communication before and after the purchase is clear and thorough. Trust me, you want to shop with Wired For Love Designs.

esther weiss I’m flawed by the service I got when I walked in Sunday. I needed a day to think of the ring cause the amount of stunning stuff they have Bonnie the sales lady offered me her personal cell # for when I do decide The next day I reached out to her after work hours And got my ring purchased while the store was already closed and had it ready to be taken the next day to get sized I’m in shock how 2 days later I get it by my door sized to my size Wow wow wow the service is unreal Bonnie is the best!!!! Alexandra Arizmendi This has been thus far the most outrageous customer service I’ve ever had. I’ve never written down a review but this experience was so horrible I had to let my fellow pandora lovers know. First off, I was waiting for about 15 minutes in line and there was just a worker with a name tag Emily standing there not taking any customers. When the person in front of me kindly asked if she is available to help her she snapped and said “someone else will help you”. The woman in front had been taken by someone else and Ms. Emily decided to take me. She was being very snarky the whole time and just plain rude. I felt super rushed as she kept on asking me “which one are you going to buy?” but with such an attitude. I had decided to simply walk out because I did not want to shop in a hostile environment like this. Pandora needs to double check on its employees. I will never come back to this location.

They can get exactly what you’re looking for or even have it made! Don s Customer at this store is what you would expect from a high end store. Offered cold bottle water, made you feel welcome and comfortable when shopping. Sales lady that help us was very friendly. Was buying a coach shirt and had an area to try the shirt on. Coach shirt are not cheap and T shirts are well over 100 dollars but then again its coach so dont expect things to be cheap.. you pay for what you get...they had some really nice items my wife ended up getting and loves everyone of them.. I did get some points from her for that

They were efficient and had great communication. How special the shop is and fortunate I walked in to begin with! Side note: lovely unique jewelry selection caught my eye while I was in the shop!
