I needed a day to think of the ring cause the amount of stunning stuff they have Bonnie the sales lady offered me her personal cell # for when I do decide The next day I reached out to her after work hours And got my ring purchased while the store was already closed and had it ready to be taken the next day to get sized I’m in shock how 2 days later I get it by my door sized to my size Wow wow wow the service is unreal Bonnie is the best!!!! 5 /5 Esther Sobel: I had seen a ring in the store that I liked, however when I went back 2 weeks later, it was sold. I spoke to Bonnie on the phone and told her that I really wanted that ring - but I didnt have a picture of it, I didnt even remember the exact details! She assured me that its not a problem and shell find out exactly which ring I was reffering to. She gave me her private cell phone number, and then proceeded to go through all the recent orders and text me pictures of rings that matched the description I had given her. And she found it! Besides for that, Mendel accommodated me with my request for a specific payment method. Im blown away by their costumer service!!

They found us diamonds within our budget and were very patient while showing us all the different styles. Their rings were just beautiful!
