5 /5 Dustin Krisher: The whole staff here is top notch, every single time I come in (which is often) without fail. They’ve helped me pick countless beautiful pieces for my wife. On top of this they even cleaned and serviced a piece of jewelry of mine that wasn’t from them with a smile. The service keeps me coming back, and I’ll keep being a regular customer for these guys. Thank you a million for making sure everything was perfect for our wedding!

5 /5 Dec-Dec 99: I can’t say enough about this store! From start to finish they have been the absolute best! Jonathan and Rex have Been nothing but accommodating, helpful, and absolute rock stars through all of our wedding planning. 19 days before my wedding, I noticed the stone in my engagement ring was loose. Rex saw the panic look on my face and reassured me that they could have it fixed and back to me prior to my wedding date! I did not want to get married without my engagement ring. And they delivered both. Both Jonathan and Rex kept to watchful eye on my ring to ensure that it was back in time! You couldn’t ask for better customer service And true appreciation of the customer. These guys are amazing and go above and beyond daily!

Rex, the store manager, was incredibly knowledgeable and professional, and took the time to listen and guide me through the entire process. He went above and beyond, offering expert advice and recommendations. I never felt rushed or pressured. If you’re in the market for jewelry, I highly recommend the Kay’s in Horseheads.

5 /5 Rita Alexyn: Excellent service. I took my pearls in to be restrung as they were under warranty. The necklace was only under warranty and not the bracelet which had just been fixed by a different larger store in Rochester NY. I had not worn them and when I did they broke, so I took them here and they not only fixed my necklace but my bracelet free of charge and educated me as to how the pearls should have been restrung. Wonderful staff if you are buying jewelry or repairing items. Great customer service. Would highly recommend this store!
