Jennifer Morris I came over the weekend to get my engagement ring sized and my watch looked at. They were so informative, helpful and professional. They told me to send my watch back to Rolex would cost a fortune and take forever, and informed us how they could fix it for way less. They also made my ring fit perfectly, and look better than it did when it was brand new. They send videos and photos that they took of the finished product. Really amazing. We’ll definitely be coming back here for our wedding bands and all other jewelry needs!

Their site is really easy to navigate, which made choosing my diamond and setting so simple. The rings quality was outstanding, and the customer service was excellent. Cassandra D I had to get my watch repaired and I decided to go with Dorothys Fine Jewelry to get it repaired. I had a very positive experience with them. Dorothy the owner and the two ladies that helped me, named Kelly and Gina are all very nice and Im so glad I went with them to fix my watch. Its an old, very good watch that was my Aunts, and was handed down to me in the family when my Aunt passed away. Im so glad I had it repaired because its a very good watch, but also its a memory of my Aunt and now I can wear it since it works again since Dorothys repaired it.

It absolutely made their weekend, and she was so patient in helping me pick out the right items and refitting them to the right size for kids. She worked quickly and answered all my questions! I also went back to get some necklaces for myself and loved all of them! Have been wearing now for a few weeks and the quality is excellent :)

I went in there for something simple and I was treated like I was making a huge purchase. They didn’t care about the money they just wanted to do the right thing by me, and they did. I will now buy every piece of jewelry here for the rest of time. I never write reviews, but I had such an amazing experience I had to share. I’ll be back next week to buy my future sister in law a gift. This is a family business with amazing, integrity filled people running it. Love them.
