5 /5 DILIA: I would give 100 stars if I could! THE BEST EXPERIENCE!! I came here to help my brother find an engagement ring for his partner and we found the most incredible one-of-a-kind ring. At Samantha’s not only are they the kindest people, they are also incredibly knowledgable about all their jewelry. To learn about the history of the stone was amazing! The work, impeccable. The prices are so reasonable. Something similar would have easily cost double or far more somewhere else. I honestly could not say enough about how wonderful the experience is there. We came back to purchase the wedding rings and my brother and his wife are so so happy. I have since bought a beautiful necklace. We are all lifetime customers now. You should be too. Trust me.

1 /5 Cassandra W: Dont shop at this store. The lady Wendy damaged my watch and had the nerves to say sue and devalue my watch after she damaged it. I recorded the watch 5-10 minutes before giving it to her because it meant so much to me. Thank goodness I can prove the watch was not damaged. They are not good people or business. I asked for a manager and she didnt care. Will insert the before and after pics. Save your money and get a good store. The first pic is a screen shot of the video and the second picture is how she gave it to me. Dont trust them. She didnt even offer to fix it. Mind u the prior day I took it to only get a battery and she spend over 1 hour trying to get he machine off cause it was stuck. Then when she gave it to me the top was open. She told my leave it for 2 weeks because the watch fixer was on vacation. Although i didnt want to I agreed. 30 minutes after I got home she called and said come get it. I told her Ill get the next day after work because I was not in the area. Fast forward the next day this is what she gave me. You can also tell the thing that turns is no longer straight. Wendy actually tried to convince me the watch was not scratched. See you in court you did damage my property I have all the recording. This is a bad business period. Your property was not damaged but Im sure u will lie just like Wendy did when she stated the watch has no scratches. See u in court Im sure this is what you do with ur customers. I also have the time stamp video of the watch yesterday also when I was in the store I recorded u and what you said. Who is scamming I told u to fix. Stop lying we both have video. Wendy you sat there one hour banging my watch yesterday because the machine was stuck. Bad business
