From the moment we walked in, she was welcoming and incredibly attentive to both my fiancée and me. We were on a bit of a tight timeline, but Angela went above and beyond to ensure we found the perfect rings. What really stood out was her dedication to making sure everything was just right. She pulled some strings to get my fiancée’s ring sized on the spot, which was such a relief and completely exceeded our expectations. Heather I went in yesterday to have my ring inspected and cleaned. I have had a few bad experiences here with staff in the years that I have been having my ring inspected. Rudeness, and lack of a smile, assistance or knowledge. David was a new face there, and what a breath of FRESH air. He was a COMPLETE gentleman! He greeting me with a smile and assisted in the process. He cleaned my ring like it has NEVER been cleaned before at Zales. I had to ask his name so I could write this review. Im not sure of his position with the company, but he should be the face of Zales. Beyond excellent customer service! Thank you David! I appreciate you!

Brittany C Dropped my wedding bands off to be resized to one size bigger. I picked my rings up the next day and theyre perfect. Cant see any marks from the sizing and no stones fell out. Pricing was not bad at all either.

ECKER ELECTRICAL I called the shop and spoke to Danny about taking a look at a watch for me. He said he would and I went to his shop. Danny was polite, knowledgeable and really helpful in determining the authenticity of my watch. Turns out the watch was a really good replica. I’m glad I met him and I felt welcomed there. His shop has a lot of stuff at very reasonable rates. Danny really went above and beyond in terms of customer service.
