Marina, the owner, provided outstanding service! She worked with my budget, offered several beautiful options, and even cleaned a few of my jewelry pieces at no charge. What stood out the most was Marina’s authentic approach. She immediately builds trust by taking the time to educate customers about pricing and value without any pressure. She is highly knowledgeable, and you can genuinely tell she cares about her customers happiness, not just about making a sale. She does quality work and backs it up with a lifetime warranty. I recently bought a beautiful necklace for my niece which she loved! Also, Marina recently made an adjustment to a necklace bought for me as a gift to make sure it fit comfortably. She updated the closure on an older pair of earrings so now I can wear them by changing them from a post style to a more comfortable and secure closure. I love how they came out! They will steam clean your jewelry for no extra charge as well. If you have gold or silver jewelry, you want to sell, she will pay you the going rate for these precious metals.
