Jay Mitchell Today was yet another terrific day like all others at Kay Eastview for the past almost 30 years. There was a great selection as I expected, and also very attentive and patient attention to something out of the ordinary for me about a recent purchase for my wife. Pattilynn greeted us by name to help with something she and our usual sales associate Sharon worked on together for us a couple of weeks ago. Sharon explained to Pattilynn the reason for our visit in case she wasnt there. Our visit was a great success - just as I knew it would be. Kudos to Sharon who has guided me so successfully for decades, and now to Pattilynn who has made such a great impression on my wife and me!!

It was probably about 50 years old and Id been wearing it for years. Tragically it had recently broken, and several of the links had worn thin from years of wear and tear. The team immediately put me at ease, assuring me they could restore it to look as beautiful as the day she received it — and strong enough to last another 50 years. They absolutely delivered. In less than 24 hours, the bracelet was ready for pickup — and it looked better than I’ve ever seen it! Thank you so much for bringing new life to such a deeply sentimental piece. I bought very cute earrings and a necklace. I also got my wedding band resized a couple of months ago. They offer so much whether you are looking for day to day jewelry or engagement rings! They also have a nice selection of watches

A W Amazing quick efficient service, very kind, great price. Mr. Daniel is a very reasonable and accommodating man, helped me adjust two links off my watch strap in 10 min and at very great price. Offered to let me come back re-adjust for free if i found it too tight or loose but I don’t think I’ll need it. Very professional.

Ashley Ulacco I am so impressed with the quality and talent here! They were able to work with me to trade in broken gold pieces to fix a sentimental necklace. They were efficient and had great communication. How special the shop is and fortunate I walked in to begin with! Side note: lovely unique jewelry selection caught my eye while I was in the shop!
