I selected a setting as well as a nice Canadian diamond and asked if she could adjust the setting so it had a slimmer sleeker profile. When I returned to pick up the ring it was perfect. Exactly what I envisioned. The surprise was a success, I am now engaged, and there is no one I can better recommend to help you out with an engagement ring than Diane.
