5 /5 Ashley Ritz: We had a great experience!! I wish I got her name (wasn’t listed on the receipt either) but she was amazing. She made both my girls feel very comfortable- they are 5 and 7. She walked them through and showed each step and cheered them on. It was perfect! The girls are so excited. Thank you! We would definitely come back again.

5 /5 Michael Fronk: I would like to acknowledge your associate Mark who works at your store in colonie New York. He was very attentive and responsive, attentive. As proud grandparents my wife and I wanted to have our granddaughters ears pierced. Mark sensed the nervousness of our granddaughter, was able to help her calm down and be more comfortable. The piercing went well. Not often do we see young adults as caring and attentive as with Mark.

5 /5 Lana Osusky: I took my 2 kids here to get their ears pierced (both kids under the age of 10) and we had a fantastic experience. The staff were so friendly and they could tell that the kids were excited but nervous. Amaya was wonderful, explaining to them what would happen, helping them pick out their earrings, and being extremely careful about cleaning and marking their ears to make sure the piercings were centered properly. Thanks to her keeping them so calm, the kids didnt panic or move around when the piercings went in, and they were so happy with the results! Theyve been showing off their ears ever since!
