Suzanne McKellar My twin 8 year old grandsons bought watches at a thrift store, but the batteries were dead. I stopped in to Ross Jewelers to get batteries. The owner was so kind, changed the battery in the first watch and kindly explained why the missing "diamonds" couldnt be replaced (lol). Apparently the second watch was broken and a new battery wouldnt help. He asked my grandson to give him his wrist and he put a very nice looking watch (not new) on his wrist and left him beaming!! Then he refused payment!! He wouldnt let me pay for the battery or the watch!! This was such a generous act of kindness, I just want everyone know how he lit up the world for these little boys!!

Reishma Chunilall ALWAYS EXCELLENT SERVICE. The jeweler here is so knowledgeable on metals, gems, and structures of jewelry to the point where he gives us a little tidbit on whatever piece we bring in to alter or repair.-- this is helpful when your millennial husband purchases all your gifts online! He resized a diamond ring within a day! Granted it depends on the type and style, but the Jeweler was exceptional in accommodating our unreasonable timeline. I feel more comfortable coming back each time! Ugh, I should have started tipping him sooner!

Erin literally helped me to narrow down what my wife would love and helped me to find the most beautiful diamond ring and emerald necklace that represents my sons birthstone to gift my wife with. Angela Collins Diamond cutters is the only jeweler myself and my family will ever use. Bill and Rachel run such a wonderful and professional business with exquisite, unique, and original pieces regardless of your budget. My husband purchased my engagement ring here, it was everything I could have wanted and more! We also purchased our wedding bands from Diamond cutters. When my best friend was getting engaged we took him to see Rachel and needless to say SHE was extremely happy with the results. When we are out we constantly receive compliments. Now this part is why they are ABOVE AND BEYOND… I have a gold colored heart music box with velvet inside that was the only possession I received from my grandmother’s belongings, that I keep my rings in and when I was dusting the cloth got stuck on the bow and fell subsequently resulted in the hinges broken off completely. I called instrument repair places, music box repair places, over 7 different places all in which told me they couldn’t fix it. The last place told me to try a jewelry store. I called Rachel immediately and she said I could bring it in! She said she couldn’t make any promises but her guys would try their best! Needless to say what I picked up was amazing. New hinges, they even were able to get the bow back on. Now this was extremely difficult because the music box isn’t gold or silver or a strong metal but again more sentimental value! I cried in the store because of how wonderful of a job they did! No one handles business better than Bill and Rachel!

Kendal Raybuck 10/10 recommend. I love my bracelets and necklace so much!! I’ve had them all for a few months now and have not had any problems. I am able to shower with them and they do not tarnish!! Krysta was friendly, professional, and her shop was beautiful!
