David Johnson Wonderful!! shopping experience. I stopped in the store Sunday morning 5/4 to get my Tag watch sized. Great customer service from Theresa & can’t remember other salespersons name. It is wonderful to walk into a place and the associates really have passion to what they sell. Really spoke about the Mother’s Day promos , financing & just genuine helpful. It is hard to find dedicated employees, as these two were. Please be sure to recognize these two ladies on a job well done! I will definitely be back.

I needed a day to think of the ring cause the amount of stunning stuff they have Bonnie the sales lady offered me her personal cell # for when I do decide The next day I reached out to her after work hours And got my ring purchased while the store was already closed and had it ready to be taken the next day to get sized I’m in shock how 2 days later I get it by my door sized to my size Wow wow wow the service is unreal Bonnie is the best!!!! The quality is as good as you’d expect from solid gold and lab grown diamonds. These are the most beautiful pair of earrings. I just want to stare at these all day. Customer service chat is also very prompt, kind, and responsive.

Danielle assisted me and offered me options to resolve my problem. I walked into the shop feeling a bit hesitant because my issue was minor, but she treated me with the same respect as if I was buying a $5,000 ring. I have purchased merchandise from the store since my first visit. Their prices are reasonable and they offer fine, quality jewelry. I am glad I discovered a place that provides exceptional customer service and merchandise.
