The band was repaired seamlessly and shined up and looks like new! I’ve since made purchases, had engraving and repairs done on hard to fix pieces and the finished work is always beautifully done! Danielle Zaput Great experience all around! My diamond had fallen out of my engagement ring (scary!). Met with Rich initially to fix my bent prong, but ultimately decided to have the ring re-set, keeping the original band but getting new prongs. My ring was ready earlier than expected and I love it! Will definitely come back for any jewelry repairs! My only regret is not having my ring designed here in the first place!
