They have a great selection in store and if you cant find exactly what you want they will seamlessly modify or custom order/ create what you want. I have gotten multiple pieces here and all are great quality ! I never have any doubts when coming here, highly recommend.

Erika Bronk I brought my ring (engagement, wedding and anniversary bands soldered together) to Micheal. After 20+ years my style had changed a bit and the ring itself was too large and heavy (platinum) for me to comfortably wear. He worked with me to design a completely new ring using the stones I had set in white gold. We went back and forth a bit to get things just right. Once I settled on the perfect design he got to work. Communication was amazing throughout. When I went to pick up my ring I was more than pleased with the final result. It exceeded my expectations and brought tears to my eyes. Thank you!!

They made me an offer that was 3 times more than the other shops I went to, even the ones located in the Diamond District in Manhattan!
