The staff were so friendly and welcoming, it did not have the typical weird feel that I get in a jewelry store. They were able to help me super quickly and thoroughly. Thank you so much! Edit: My repair was finished even quicker than their reasonable estimate and it came out so good! Really reasonable pricing as well. So happy, thank you Joyelles!

1 /5 Zack Carroll: (Clamp in photo is not from Joyelles this one is from Robert Fine Jewelry after dealing with Joyelles). Dropped off a chain to Joyelles Jewelers on March 11th to be fixed with a broken clamp. Got it back on the 20th broke 5 days after can’t make that up. The problem I have is the clamp was junk. I can confirm that is very true having it inspected. There was noticeable discoloration on the clamp itself also can’t make that up and why would I? I would recommend Robert Fine Jewelry. 40 minute fix the same day no 7 day wait for an old clamp. Major difference in repair. My experience at Joyelles was poor if we’re talking about $ and time as well as the rude lady that works their very unpleasant.
