Before Skyler, we had a not so great experience but she was able to rework and morph the experience into a 10/10 experience. She salvaged some really special moments without much time to plan. David Johnson Wonderful!! shopping experience. I stopped in the store Sunday morning 5/4 to get my Tag watch sized. Great customer service from Theresa & can’t remember other salespersons name. It is wonderful to walk into a place and the associates really have passion to what they sell. Really spoke about the Mother’s Day promos , financing & just genuine helpful. It is hard to find dedicated employees, as these two were. Please be sure to recognize these two ladies on a job well done! I will definitely be back.

Cassandra D I had to get my watch repaired and I decided to go with Dorothys Fine Jewelry to get it repaired. I had a very positive experience with them. Dorothy the owner and the two ladies that helped me, named Kelly and Gina are all very nice and Im so glad I went with them to fix my watch. Its an old, very good watch that was my Aunts, and was handed down to me in the family when my Aunt passed away. Im so glad I had it repaired because its a very good watch, but also its a memory of my Aunt and now I can wear it since it works again since Dorothys repaired it.

Peggy S I love that they are locally owned and not a chain; it feels more personable. They are friendly, knowledgeable and very accommodating. Ive used them from just getting watch batteries, or changing a clasp on a necklace to special ordering earrings. They really are helpful and give each customer attention; not pushy. They treat you as a valued customer whether you are spending $10 on a watch battery or $1K on earrings. Would recommend them without hesitation.
