He has even resoltered a sentimental candleabra that cracked for my family. He is caring, courteous, and honest. We have commissioned him with creating some special precious items for us. John Lynch I came in with my Son son who is looking for an engagement ring. Maui and his staff took the time to explain to my Son the types of diamonds and look a like diamonds and the pros and cons of each. The staff were very patient with a young man looking to take a big step in his life. They didnt try to push him just to make a sale. Maui is very patient and kind with all of his customers. My Son said it was a very comforting experience compared to other shops . He was very impressed with the knowledge and patients of Maui and his staff. I would definitely recommend Snug Harbor Jewlers for purchases as well as repairs.
