Very trustworthy & I go there for all my jewelery needs & repairs. God bless them & I would highly recommend for their honesty & professionalism as well as the welcoming atmosphere.

5 /5 Ebb & Flow Videography: Their rings are phenomenal! That’s a word I do not use lightly! When they say you will have the sparkliest diamonds room, they were not kidding. Humble brag but I have never seen a ring prettier than mine! And with their estate collection you basically get a custom ring! I also have to add I love that they have been a long term small shop, my mother in law also got her ring from them 20+ years ago and her ring still shines like it’s brand new!

1 /5 susan H: We walked in to an empty store and were met with a very strong odor of marijuana and an older couple behind the counter. They were friendly, but the woman who worked with us seemed like she had no idea what she was doing. She kept showing me the exact opposite of what I said I was looking for, and got noticibly annoyed when I didnt like what she was pulling from the case. The man recognized this and he came to take over and was more helpful, however all their styles seem old-fashioned and not very nice. There was one similar to something I tried on elsewhere, but this one had much smaller stones and was clearly a lesser quality, but just to get an idea for their pricing I asked how much it would be. It was more than DOUBLE in price, (in fact more than double from all nicer rings at 3 other places we shopped at later that day). When I told him about the other I had looked at he became extremely rude/insulting so we got up and left. I will never return and we ended up finding a beautiful ring down the road at Grabers and had a wonderful experience there with reasonable prices.

5 /5 Dave Cammarano: Great location, friendly atmosphere. The owner Bob and his coworker Roxanne are great people to work with. They have exactly what you’re looking for or they can get it. No high pressure sales tactics. Would definitely recommend to a family member or close friend.

1 /5 Jordan LaMonto: My wife and I had a ring we werent sure about and when she went in to get it appraised, the man behind the counter said: "this looks like a cheap piece of costume jelewry someone paid 6 dollars for." The ring was my Mothers who recently and unexpectedly passed this year. We went to Whittmeyer with same ring directly after this rude jerks comments, and they were absolutely sweet about it. The Appraiser even said we could probably make 100-200 in a private sale despite it not being worth his time. You dont have a right to treat a polite customer rudely just because their ring wasnt what you were expecting. Its not our fault your business is failing and you need money that desperately. Absolutely horrendous and abyssmal customer service. P.s. your red margins are showing
